Aleesha young has established herself in the elite bodybuilding world as one of the best females. Aleesha Young was born the year 1984 in the family of sports. Although her father was a bodybuilder, the other siblings of Aleesha were also involved in sports such as hockey on ice. Aleesha had played sports before including softball, soccer and basketball. Aleesha won her pro card when she won the NPC USA Championships in 2014. When she started to compete, it was in 2008. In 2014 she also competed at the IFBB Wings of Strength PBW Tampa Pro and was placed 9th. In 2015 she held onto her 9th place. Aleesha placed 6th in both 2015 and 2016 during her participation in the IFBB Wings Of Strength Rising Phoenix World Championships. Aleesha has steadily progressed and, in 2019, she brought home her first ever pro title, at the Chicago Pro Championships. In the year 2020, the bodybuilder had the best WOS rising-phoenix show in which she finished fourth. The "World's strongest mom" has taken a health break.
